Meet Felicia:
Born and raised in Arizona, Felicia is passionate about helping patients achieve optimal oral health. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, going to the movies, hiking, scrapbooking, and attending concerts. She loves taking her three Weimaraners and mini pins on adventures and caring for her adorable two-year-old niece. Halloween is her favorite holiday, and she recently celebrated a big milestone—buying and remodeling a new home with her high school sweetheart.

Felicia has 6 years of experience assisting in pediatric dentistry and 4 years as a dental hygienist. She joined Burns Dentistry in 2022 and specializes in periodontal therapy, helping patients improve and maintain healthy gums. She takes pride in seeing her patients’ mouth health improve, especially when they see their improved probe scores after following her home care recommendations.

Originally from Huntington Beach, California, Denise moved to Arizona in 2006. When she’s not caring for patients, she enjoys hiking with her dog Luna and exploring the beautiful outdoor areas in Arizona. She has two teenage daughters who are active in club soccer, often traveling for tournaments.

Denise has over 2 years of experience at Burns Dentistry and 4 months of recent service. She specializes in professional dental cleanings, periodontal therapy, and utilizing advanced technologies like Itero scans. She loves demonstrating the benefits of Invisalign to patients with cutting-edge digital imaging, enhancing patient education and treatment understanding.

Hailing from Arizona, Heidi has over 10 years of experience in dentistry and joined Burns Dentistry in 2019. When she’s not working, she loves hiking, traveling, shopping, and spending quality time with her husband and kids. She also enjoys exploring new places and creating new memories with her family.

Heidi is certified in Dental Assisting, CPR, and PRP, and holds a Cosmetology License. She specializes in supporting surgical procedures, with her favorite being Hybridge implant supported teeth. She finds it incredibly rewarding to see patients’ reactions when they see their new smile for the first time—witnessing how their confidence and personality transform is truly life-changing.

A former high school softball player, Heidi held a record for most stolen bases for several years. Her competitive spirit and love of sports still shine through today.

Originally from Iowa, Tiara moved to Arizona seven years ago and recently bought her first home in Surprise with her husband. When she’s not working, she enjoys playing video games and caring for her cat. She also loves exploring new places and experiences.

Tiara holds a Dental Assistant Diploma from Western Iowa Tech Community College and is DANB Certified in Radiology. She’s also EFDA Certified in Iowa. She particularly enjoys oral surgery and extractions, finding it rewarding to help patients find relief from pain and infection, making a tangible difference in their lives.
